Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- In a bowl, combine cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, ground flaxseed, sautéed onion and garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash to form a chunky mixture.
