Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped walnuts, pistachios, and cinnamon.
- Brush a baking dish with melted vegan butter and layer 5 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with butter.
- Sprinkle a layer of the nut mixture on top, then cover with another sheet of phyllo. Repeat the process, finishing with 5 layers of phyllo on top, each brushed with butter.
- Cut into triangles and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- While baking, combine sugar, water, agave syrup, vanilla, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
