  • 9 sheets of lasagna pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture, about 10 minutes.
